Senior Consultant (m/f/d)

Your tasks
  •  Preparation of market and company analyses
  • Identification of potential investors and investment objects
  • Execution of company valuations and preparation of customer presentations and sales memorandum
  • Professional processing and support of your project from acquisition, analysis, planning and conception to implementation
  • Support of the entire transaction process
  • Contact person and consultant for customers from the automotive, industrial products, business services, healthcare, energy and private equity sectors
  • Organization and management of expert rounds and meetings
  • Participation in interdisciplinary transaction projects in the areas of Transaction Services, Valuation & Strategy and Business Recovery Services
Your profile

You are already self-employed and have the following qualifications:
  • Completed studies at a university with one of the above mentioned fields of study
  •  Good knowledge of the English language
  • At least five years of professional experience in one of the consulting areas of controlling, restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance or sound management experience in large medium-sized companies
  • Very good understanding of business administration, analytical thinking, leadership potential and strong team orientation
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel and mobility
